If you come across what you believe to be a fake member profile please report the profile to us. Click here to find out how to report a member profile I forgot my password, how do I get it back? Back to Top If you forgot your password, you can have it emailed to you, by clicking the ‘Forgot password’ in the sign in box on the main page. If you do not receive your password, check your Spam folder, as some email providers tend to block messages coming from our servers. To prevent this: Add support at datemall.com to your Address Book. Back to Top You can report any member by clicking the ‘Report’ button found on the members profile. Once a user is reported we investigate the reported members profile for the reported activity and if necessary, the profile will be deleted. Back to Top Under the 'Add new' section on the right side of the screen. Click the ‘Video’ box, then choose either ‘Embed Code’ or ‘Upload File’ and fill in the video title, description, tags. Choose the correct category and set the privacy to public or private. Then click on the ‘Choose File’ button. Locate your video on your computer. Once you’ve selected your video, click open. Back to Top - Images that promote; racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual. - Images that promote illegal activities (ie, guns, drugs, prostitution, abuse, etc.) - Images that display pornographic or sexually explicit material that is commercial in nature - Images that exploit people under the age of eighteen (18) - Images that contain cursing, swearing, incest, falsifying gender, violence, necrophilia, impersonating another member, threat of suicide or harm to oneself or others. You should receive an email letting you know if your photo has been approved or not within 48 hours. If your photos are still not active or you haven’t received an email after 48 hours (2 days) please contact us. What photo formats are acceptable? Back to Top If someone is using one of your photos without your permission, you should contact us via our contact form.
