This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all websites operated by DateMall Networks or its subsidiaries (the “DateMall Websites” or “Our Websites”).
DateMall Networks (“DateMall”,”us”,”we”) understands how very important the privacy of its members, subscribers, guests and/or visitors (“Members”,“you”,“your”) is. That is why we have developed this Policy to ensure that your privacy is protected while using any of our websites.
Overview
As part of the normal operation of our services we collect and, in some cases, may have to disclose information about you. This Policy describes the information we collect about you and what may happen to that information. By accepting this Policy and our Terms, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Policy.
A Special Note About Children
Children under eighteen(18) years of age are prohibited from using Our Websites or any of our services. Also any child porn related content will be reported to the law and applicable legal action taken.
Information We Collect
During the registration process for any of the DateMall Networks Websites, you may provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, and credit card and bank information.
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs and to customize our service to make your experience easier. You agree that in order to assist our members to meet each other, we may feature members’ profiles in our editorials and newsletters that we send out from time to time to our members. Your name, address and telephone number are confidential and will not be posted in your profile. Your profile is available for other members to view. Members’ profiles include a description and photos, likes and dislikes, individual essays and other information helpful in determining matches. Your viewable profile does not include any identifying information about you.
Please note that your personally identifiable information will be stored and processed on our computers and/or servers in the United States and Canada. The Laws on holding personal data in the United States and Canada may differ from the European laws but as we explain below, we will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.
We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on our Websites using cookies and other devices. We use this information for internal research on our members’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve you and our community. This information mat include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not). Which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address.
We use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of our Websites. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. We also offer certain features that are only available through the use of a “cookie”. Cookies can also help us provide information which is targeted to your interests. We use a third party advertising company, to serve ads on our behalf across the internet. The third party may also collect anonymous information about your visits to our websites. DateMall Networks does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other DateMall Website users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on any DateMall Network Websites, we may collect such information into a file that is accessed only by authorized DateMall Networks personnel or representatives. We may also collect other Members’ comments about you.
On some of Our Websites, you may choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about us. In this case, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address and email your friend to invite them to visit Our Website. We do not maintain a database of these emails or names.
You agree that we may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use on the websites. By accepting this Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.
Our Disclosure of Your Information
We DO NOT sell or rent any of your PII to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission. We do, however, provide your PII to our service providers (e.g., Credit Card Processing companies, Billing Services) as reasonably necessary or appropriate to provide services on the DateMall Networks Websites.
We do disclose information in the aggregate to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we DO NOT disclose information in any form that could be used to identify you personally such as your DateMall website password, credit card number, and bank account number.
In response to compulsory (required) governmental and/or third party inquiries, we may disclose PII to comply with a court order, subpoena, and search warrant. We expressly reserve the right to disclose your PII when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, or to enforce our agreements, policies, and rules governing your use of the DateMall Website, or to cooperate voluntarily with law enforcement inquiries.
We may share or transfer some or all of your PII among our DateMall Networks family of companies, or to one or more non-DateMall family entities that acquire some or all of the business in which that PII is used or maintained.
Do Not Disclose Your PII or Password
Please DO NOT post, share or disclose in public forums, e.g., chat rooms, blogs, etc. any PII that you do not wish other members to know. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose any of your PII to others. Similarly, you should never disclose or share your password with anyone else. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your PII and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password and/or contact us at Support@datemall.com
Changing, Reviewing or Removing Your Personally Identifiable Information
Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your PII including, but not limited to:
Your email address
Your city, state/province, Zip/Postal code, country
Your password
Your profile
We strongly urge you to change your password periodically to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account information.
Upon receiving your request, we will remove your credit card details from our main databases. To make this request, email us at Support@datemall.com. Despite the foregoing and even though you have requested us to remove information, we will retain in our files certain data such as credit card information used to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, comply with credit card merchant banking and association agreements, enhance security, reduce fraud, comply with Federal and State law, or to enforce any agreements, policies, and rules governing your use of DateMall Websites. Removed information also may persist in backup copies and/or other users’ caches. For example, any information exchange with other members may remain in their e-mail boxes, computer caches, or instant message archive. Whether your exchanged information is kept by another member is beyond the control of any DateMall Websites. Any such information retained by DateMall Networks or under its control is not available to third parties except as provided in this Policy.
Security
DateMall Networks use reasonable security measures to help protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use industry standard efforts, such as firewalls, to safeguard your PII information. While “perfect security” does not exist on the internet, or elsewhere, we work hard to help ensure your secure use of our services.
Location
DateMall Websites are located in the United States. If you are visiting Our Websites from outside the United States, you are on notice that your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and/or Canada. The data protection and other laws of the United States and Canada might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
Delete/Update/Opt-Out
You have the following choices to modify or delete your PII from our database:

Revisions to this Privacy Policy
DateMall reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to revise, amend, modify or revoke this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner to the fullest extent permitted by law. Changes to this Policy will be effective by posting revisions on the DateMall Networks.
